Social Entrepreneurship Program, 2012

“The program helped me give my company direction and gave me a framework to grow as an entrepreneur. It challenged me to make choices and take action. Learning alongside other entrepreneurs was incredibly valuable — some of those connections are still part of my network today.”

About the Program

As a social entrepreneur, you are building both a healthy organization and social impact. This requires sharp business decisions, personal leadership, and the ability to continuously assess what your organization needs to grow.

When do you focus on stability, and when is it time to innovate? Which business and scaling model fits your ambitions? How do you approach funding and governance? And which choices will help you scale both your organization and its social impact?
